- Whole or Plant-Based milk 600 g
- Turmeric 2 tsp
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Black Pepper 0.25 tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
Step 1
Firstly mix all the spices together. It is recommended to use the black pepper as it activates the curcumin and boosts its health benefits.
Step 2
Warm the milk and add the spices and stir for 2-3 mins. Once it cooks and cools a bit add the honey.
