  • Cauliflower 1 med

Step 1

Grate the cauliflower and pour boiling water over it. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Drain excess water. You can do this step with the help of a kitchen towel.

Put drained cauliflower, 1 egg, 50g of high-fat cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix all ingredients. Take a baking tray and put baking paper on it. Spread the mixture you have made on the baking tray in the desired shape and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven.

Step 4

Remove the tray from the oven. Add tomato sauce (sugar-free) or kitchen cream on the top, the rest of the cheese, bacon, or ham and tomato. Put it back in the oven for the next 10 minutes. It is done. Enjoy your Keto pizza.
