Pasta with Brown Butter and Feta

- Pasta 250 g
- Butter 4 tbs
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbs
- Garlic Cloves 2 med
- Feta or cheese of choice 100 g
Boil pasta according to box instructions in salted water and set aside. In a medium-sized pan melt the butter and the olive oil together. Add the thinly sliced garlic and cook just until the butter turns brown.
Add the pasta in the pan and toss it until it is coated in the butter. Take the cheese of choice, the recipe works best with feta, and toss the mixture again. Serve and eat while hot. For additional flavor add grated Parmesan on top.
