Creamy Mashed Potato

- White potato 3 lge
- Salt 1 tsp
- Greek yoghurt 1 tbs
- Butter 30 g
Step 1
Wash, peel, and chop the potatoes.
Step 2
Take a large saucepan, add in the potatoes along with just enough water to cover the potatoes. To season add salt to the water.
Step 3
Cook the potatoes on high heat for approximately 15-20 minutes or until a fork can easily go through the potato.
Step 4
Next, pour off the excess water. Add the butter to the potatoes while they're hot and start mashing them together. Once it's lump-free add in the yoghurt and blend until well combined and smooth. Taste test it as you may need to add an additional pinch of salt.
