Stir Fried Pork with Noodles

- Stir fry pork 325 hfl
- Ready to use noodles 150 g
- Onion 1 sm
- Orange bell pepper 1 med
- Peas 1 cup
- Minced ginger 1 tbs
- Minced garlic 1 tbs
- Sesame oil 2 tbs
- Sweet chili sauce 3 tbs
- Mushroom 5 pce
- Salt 2 pin
- Soy sauce 5 tbs
Step 1
Take a large wok, add in the sesame oil along with the stir fry pork pieces, minced garlic and ginger. Cook the meat until fully cooked and has a nice golden brown colour. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Remove them from the pan and set them aside.
Step 2
Add an additional 1 tbs of sesame oil into the wok. Add in the veggies and cook them until they're soft. Next, add in the noodles, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, and mix until well combined. Add back the meat and cook until the meat is heated through. Serve with sesame seeds, crushed cashew nuts and coriander leaves.
