Spicy Prawn Tacos

- Corn tortilla 3 pce
- King prawns 180 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili flakes 1 tsp
- Hot sauce 2 tbs
- Red cabbage coleslaw 3 tbs
- Lime wedges 3 pce
- Piri piri mayo 4 tbs
- Olive oil 2 tbs
Step 1
Season the king prawns with salt and chili flakes.
Step 2
Take a non-stick pan add in the olive oil along with the seasoned prawns. Cook each side for 1 minute. Then remove them from the pan and set them aside.
Step 3
Toast the corn tortillas. Add on a large tbs of coleslaw, hot sauce, prawns and piri piri mayo. Serve with fresh lime wedges.
