Homemade Burgers

- Beef mince 12% 200 hfl
- Egg yolk 2 sm
- Breadcrumbs 3 hfl
- Mustard 1 tbs
- Fresh parsley 1 hfl
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Minced garlic 2 clv
- Onion 1 sm
- Ground coriander 1 tsp
- Chipotle sauce 1 tbs
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
- Soy sauce 10 ml
- Onion powder 1 tbs
- Paprika 1 tbs
- Oregano 1 tbs
Step 1
Grate the onion and set it aside. Chop the garlic very finely. Take a large bowl add in the mince, egg yolks, breadcrumb, sauces, seasonings, onion and garlic. Mix until well combined. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 2
Divide the mince base into 4 equal parts. Shape them, flatten them and cook them in a nonstick pan each side for 3 -4 minutes dependent on how you want it cooked. Flip and repeat the cooking on the other side aswell.
Step 3
Dress the toasted brioche bun with your favourite sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. Serve with hand cut chips.
