Pan Fried Jerk Chicken

- Chicken legs 2 lge
- Jerk chicken seasoning 2 tbs
- Salt 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 50 ml
Step 1
Season the chicken legs by adding the jerk chicken seasoning and the salt. Massage the seasoning into the chicken cover the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Take a skillet add in the 50ml of vegetable oil turn the heat to low and let it slowly warm up.
Step 3
Once the oil has reached the right temperature add in the chicken legs skin down. Place a lid over them and let them cook for about 10 minutes each side without moving them around too much.
Step 4
Serve it with chips and side of veg.
