  • Chicken wings 1 kg
  • Vegetable oil 1 l
  • Franks chicken wing hot sauce 300 ml
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbs
  • Butter 50 g
Step 1

Wash and clean the chicken wings.

Step 2

Take a large wok/ frying pan with a thick bottom and add the oil to it. Heat it on a medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 3

Pat the chicken dry and once the oil reached the frying point heat add the chicken in. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan as it can cool down the oil.

Step 4

Once all batches of chicken has been fried, take a separate saucepan add in the hot sauce along with the butter and cook the 2 ingredients together until the butter is completely melted then turn the heat off.

Step 5

Take a large bowl that has a lid and place the chicken wings into it along with the buttery hot sauce, give it a good shake around make sure every piece is covered in sauce. Place it on a plate add some sesame seed. Serve it with fresh celery sticks and blue cheese dip.
