Pork Schnitzel

- Pork chops 4 pce
- Egg 1 pce
- Milk 20 ml
- Fine breadcrumbs 100 g
- Sesame seeds 1 hfl
- Flour 60 g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tbs
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 1 l
Take a large saucepan add in the oil and heat it on a low to medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.
Prepare the meat by placing it on a chopping board, place a clean plastic bag over the meat and start tenderising it by using a rolling pin.
Once the meat is flattened out, season both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Take 3 bowls, add flour into the one, egg and milk mixture into the second and breadcrumbs and sesame seeds into the third bowl.
First take a piece of meat place it in the flour cover both sides well then put it into the egg wash bowl cover both sides again, then finally place it into the breadcrumbs bowl and press on the coating as much as you can. Repeat this process with all pieces.
While the oil is heating up rest the battered meat on a clean plate.
Drop a piece of batter into the oil to check if the oil has reached its frying point. Place 2 meats in the pan at a time to avoid overcrowding, as that will reduce the oils temperature.
Cook each side for approximately 3-4 minutes. Once the meat is golden brown on the outside place it on paper towels to get rid of the excess oils. Serve it with your favourite sides.
