  • Garlic 3 clv
  • Greek yoghurt 3 tbs
  • Salt 1 pin
  • Dill 1 tbs
Step 1

Start by slicing the chicken breast into medium slices. Place them into a bowl, add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let this marinade until you prepare the other components of the meal.

Step 2

Slice the cucumbers and onion. Wash the tomatoes and leave them as a whole. Preheat the oven for the chips. Lay the chips onto a baking sheet and bake until done. Rotate and turn the chips halfway to ensure even baking.

Step 3

To make the tzatziki sauce-start by grating the cucumber with the skin using a medium hole-sized box grater. Once it's grated add a good sprinkle of salt and let it sit for a minute. To make the yoghurt base take a small bowl, add in the yoghurt, minced garlic, dill, and salt. Give it a good stir, taste test then squeeze the excess liquid out of the cucumber and add it to the yoghurt base.

Step 4

Take a non-stick pan add in the marinated chicken and cook for about 10 minutes while stirring every now and then to avoid burning down.

Step 5

Start the plating by placing the chips at the bottom, sliced vegetables, chicken, tzatziki sauce and you can add hot sauce it's optional but highly recommended.
