Bacon Wrapped Pizza Chicken

- Chicken breast 1 lge
- Tomato pure 1 tbs
- Fresh rosemary 1 tsp
- Salt 1 pin
- Pepperoni 3 pce
- Whipped feta cheese 1 tbs
- Streaky bacon 5 pce
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius degrees
Step 2
Take the chicken breast, by using a sharp knife make an insert right in the middle. Avoid cutting all the way through, basically create a little pocket. Start filling the chicken by lining it with tomato pure, a pinch of salt, fresh rosemary, 3 slices of pepperoni, and the whipped feta cheese. Once you're done filling the chicken fold one side back over the other.
Step 3
Take the streaky bacon and wrap it around the stuffed chicken breast. Cover the bacon wrapped chicken with baking paper and place it on a baking sheet. Bake the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes covered, then uncover it and let it bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve it with mashed potato, broccoli, and curried cauliflower.
