Venison Sausage Omelette

- Egg 4 med
- Milk 5 tbs
- Salt 1 pin
- Venison sausage 3 pce
- Portobello mushroom 1 lge
- Vegetable oil 2 tbs
- Fresh parsley 3 tbs
Step 1
Start making the omelette by whipping the eggs, milk, and salt together. Next, chop the sausages into bite-sized chunks along with the mushrooms.
Step 2
Take a non-stick pan to add in 2 tbs of vegetable oil and the sausages. On high heat fry the sausages on both sides. Once they're done remove them from the pan and add in the mushroom. Fry the mushrooms for about 2 minutes. Pour the egg mixture over the mushroom and place the sausages back in the pan spreading them out evenly.
Step 3
Turn the heat down to low and let the omelette cook at the bottom. Turn the grill on to the max and place the pan underneath it. This will help to cook the omelette on the top too. This shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes. Once it's not jiggly it's done.
