Homemade soft bread

- Wheat flour 500 g
- Water 350 ml
- Vinegar 2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tbs
- Eggs 2 med
- Yeast powder 2 tsp
- Salt 2 dsh
Put the yeast powder into warm water and let it stay for about 10 minutes.
Take a bowl and add flour and salt inside, blend it.
Slowly add the rest of the ingredients. Blend it carefully.
Take a plastic bag, put the whole bowl inside, and add a kitchen towel on the top. Let it stand in a warm place for about 90 minutes.
Take a casserole dish, put baking paper on the bottom, add the mixture, and put it in the oven on 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. When it is done, take it out and leave it to cool down. Enjoy your homemade soft bread.
