Fast Sourdough White Bread

- Plain Flour 700 g
- Warm water 470 ml
- Caster sugar 2 tsp
- Instant yeast 7 g
- Salt 3 tsp
1-Combine the water with the sugar and the yeast then let it sit for approximately 10 minutes.
2-Combine the salt and 550 g of flour.
3-Once the yeast has risen add it to your mixing bowl then add in the flour in 3 batches. Mix on a medium low speed.
4-Add in an additional 100g of flour to the dough and keep the remaining flour.
5-Once the dough is peeling away from the side of the bowl, dump it onto a clean, floured surface.
6-Use the remaining of the flour to knead the dough.
7-Using the 4 fold method simply flatten the dough into a rectangular shape, take the bottom part- fold it into the middle, now take the the two sides and fold them into the middle. Now grab the top part and fold it into the middle.
8-You should be looking at a small rectangular shaped dough. Next flip it upside down and repeat the above 3 times.
9-Once the folding is done take a piece of parchment paper and place the dough onto it. Shape it into your desired bread shape this can be either loaf, round etc.
10-Make sure to raise your dough in the baking form as this will help the dough to raise upwards.
11-Let the dough raise at a warm place for an hour.
12-Preheat the oven at 200 Celsius degrees. 13-Brush the bread with 3 tbs of water and sprinkle it with some sesame seeds or flaxseeds but it can be skipped. 14-Place the bread into the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. 15-Let the bread cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
