Sourdough Bread Starter

- Water 2 c
- Dried Yeast 2.5 tsp
- Plain Flour 3.5 c
- Sugar 2 tbs
Mix the yeast to the water and leave for 3 minutes. Make sure the water is not cold but tepid
Next mix the rest of the dry ingredients to the yeast and water mixture
Mix together thoroughly, place in a glass bowl, cover the top of the bowl with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 5 days. Stir a couple of times each day
