Breakfast Savoury Cake

- Eggs 4 med
- Plain Yoghurt 200 g
- Vegetable oil or Melted Butter 90 g
- Baking Soda 1 tsp
- Flour 14 tbs
- Cheese of choice or Feta 100 g
- Salt 0.5 tsp
Start out by beating the eggs. Combine the baking soda and the yoghurt and add to the beaten eggs.
Continue mixing and add the salt, oil and the flour until smooth. Add your cheese of choice in the end and mix a bit.
Add the mixture in a lined tin and bake for about 25 minutes at 190 Degrees until golden brown. It is best enjoyed while warm.
