Glazed Meatballs Served With Yoghurt

- For the meatballs- Pork mince 250 oz
- Egg 1 sm
- Fresh parsely 1 hfl
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 2 tbs
- For the glaze - ketchup 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Honey 1 tbs
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
Step 1
Take a medium bowl, add in the pork mince, parsley, egg, salt, and black pepper. Combine them together until it forms a dough-like texture.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 Celcius degrees. Take a kitchen foil-lined baking sheet. Divide the mince mixture into 6 equal portions and roll them into a ball shape. Tip - wet your hand to make the rolling process easier.
Step 3
Place the meatballs into the oven for 23 minutes. In the meantime prepare the glaze by adding the ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Cook the glaze on low heat until it comes to a boil.
Step 4
Once the meatballs are done brush them thoroughly with the glaze and place them back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with yoghurt and crispy kale.
