  • Pork mince 250 g
  • Canned plum tomato 1 pce
  • Sweetcorn 50 g
  • Black beans 50 g
  • Chilli con carne seasoning mix 3 tbs
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tbs
  • Onion powder 1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 2 tsp
  • Water 200 ml
  • Onion 1 sm
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbs
Step 1

Finely chop the onion then add it to a large skillet along with the 2 tbs of vegetable oil. Cook until soft this should take about 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Step 2

Add in the pork mince, by using your wooden spoon to break up the mince. Let it brown for about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add in the canned plum tomatoes. Use your wooden spoon again to break up the tomatoes. Add in the seasonings, sweetcorn, beans, and water. Give it a good stir and let it simmer for 1 hour.

Step 4

Serve it with nachos, sourcream, cheese, spring onion, lime, and just a sprinkle of chili flakes.
