  • Onion 1 med
  • Pepper 1 lge
  • Broccoli 1 hfl
  • Mixed beans 100 g
  • Specially Selected Tikka Masala sauce 1 can
  • Sugar peas 1 hfl
  • Water 60 ml
  • Basmati rice 180 g
  • Paneer 250 g
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbs
Step 1

To start off peel and chop the onion finely. Take a large wok add in 2 tbs of vegetable oil along with the finely chopped onion. Saute on low heat for 3-4 minutes while stirring occasionally

Step 2

While the onion is cooking chop the peppers and the broccoli into bite-sized chunks. Wash the sugar peas and set them aside. Once the onion looks about transparent add in the pepper, continue to saute for another 3-4 minutes. Chop the paneer into large chunks.

Step 3

Once the veggies are soft remove them from the pan. Add in the remaining vegetable oil along with the chopped-up paneer. Cook each side until nice and brown then remove them from the pan and set them aside.

Step 4

This is a good time to start boiling the basmati rice.

Step 5

Next add in the broccoli, beans, and sugar peas. Cook everything on low heat for about 10 minutes while stirring continuously. Finally, add the paneer back in to heat through!

Step 6

Enjoy it with perfectly cooked basmati rice and coriander and garlic naan bread.
