Vegan Chocolate Brownies

- Plain Flour 150 hfl
- Caster Sugar 150 g
- Baking Powder 1 tsp
- Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 4 tbs
- Dark Chocolate Chips 2 hfl
- Sea Salt 1 pin
- Ripe Bananas 2 pce
- Water 170 ml
- Vegetable Oil 2 tbs
- Crunchy Peanut Butter 2 tbs
- Vanilla Essence 1 tbs
Prepare your baking pan. I used a 24cmx 24cm square shaped pan which I lined with baking paper.
Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius degrees
Combine the wet part ingredients which consists of mashed bananas, water, oil, peanut butter and the vanilla essence.
Now combine the dry part ingredients which consists of flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, chocolate chips and salt.
Mix the wet and the dry ingredients together. Make sure not to leave any dry clumps in the batter.
Add the batter into the pre prepared tray and bake it in the oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the brownie cool down in the tray so it can firm up a little which will make it easy to remove it from the tray.
