Butter Chicken Curry

- Basmati rice 140 g
- Chicken breast 1 lge
- Onion 1 med
- Almond ground 2 tbs
- Street kitchen indian butter chicken kit 1 pce
- Vegetable oil 2 tbs
Step 1
Chop the chicken into large-sized chunks then add the ginger and garlic paste to it.
Step 2
Take a large wok add in the oil then the marinated chicken pieces. Fry until white, then add the spice pouch and fry until fragrant.
Step 3
This is a great time to start boiling the basmati rice.
Step 4
Next add in the sauce, heat through the sauce and add in the almond ground. Cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with rice and naan bread.
