  • Hake fillet 2 oz
  • Brioche bap 2 pce
  • Curly lettuce 1 hfl
  • Beetroot/cabbage coleslaw 4 tbs
  • Panko breadcrumbs 50 g
  • Vegetable oil 50 ml
  • Mayo 1 tbs
  • Greek yoghurt 2 tbs
  • Lime juice 1 tbs
  • Dill 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 pin
Step 1

Season both sides of the hake with some salt and set it aside. Take a bowl big enough to comfortably bread the hake in. Mix the panko with the dill then place the hake in and firmly push the breadcrumbs onto the fish. Once done place them on a clean plate.

Step 2

Take a non-stick pan, add in the vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot enough place the fish in the oil and fry each side until golden. This should take 2-3 minutes per side on low to medium heat. When the fish is done place it on a paper towel to remove the excess oil.

Step 3

Make the sauce by mixing the mayo, Greek yoghurt, salt, dill, and lime juice together. Toast the brioche buns.

Step 4

Place the washed curly lettuce over the buns, then top it with the fish, coleslaw and some of the dill and lime yoghurt.
