  • Nachos 200 g
  • Chicken Breast 1 med
  • BBQ sauce 70 g
  • Hot sauce 60 g
  • Grated Mozzarella 2 hfl
  • Guacamole 5 tbs
  • Salsa 6 tbs
  • Greek yoghurt 6 tbs
Step 1

Boil the chicken breast in salty water for 15 minutes on medium to low heat.

Step 2

Once the chicken is fully cooked and turned white coloured - by using 2 forks pull it apart. Separate it into two bowls. Add BBQ sauce to one and hot sauce to the other one.

Step 3

Add some parchment paper onto the baking sheet. Lay the nachos on it and add the chicken on each side of the nachos.

Step 4

Preheat the oven at 300 Celsius degrees.

Step 5

Add the cheese on top of the chicken. And place the loaded nachos into the oven until the cheese starts to melt. This should take about 7-8 minutes

Step 6

While the nachos are baking prepare the side dishes. Add you salsa, Greek yoghurt and guacamole into small bowls.

Step 7

When the nachos are done add more BBQ and hot sauce on top.
