Cheesy Bacon Egg Muffins

- Egg yolk 3 pce
- Egg 2 pce
- Milk 10 ml
- Streaky bacon 3 pce
- Pepper 1 pin
- Salt 1 pin
- Cheese 1 hfl
- Parsley 1 hfl
Preheat the oven at 300 Celsius degrees.
Take a bowl cracks the eggs into it, add the seasoning and the splash of milk. Whisk it vigorously with a fork until its fluffy and bubbly.
Take a muffin tray and line four holes with the streaky bacon.
Pour the egg mixture into each hole evenly and top it off with cheese and parsley.
Place it in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy it with side of toast.
