Pizza Puff Rolls

- Ready made puff pastry 1 pce
- Tomato paste 3 tbs
- Salami 6 pce
- Mozzarella cheese 1 hfl
- Sweetcorn 4 tbs
- Mushroom 1 lge
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Greek yoghurt 1 tbs
- Pesto 1 tbs
Preheat the oven to 190 Celcius degrees.
Roll out the puff pastry, add an even layer of tomato paste. Chop the salami and the mushroom into small chunks. Spread it across the pastry.
Add in the sweetcorn, salt, oregano and mozzarella cheese. Start rolling up the pastry tight. By using a non minted toot floss cut the pizza rolls into 3 cm thickness. By using the tooth floss you can avoid squeezing the filling out or flattening the pastry. Alternatively use a very sharp knife to cut.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and line the pizza rolls filled side down. Brush them with Greek yoghurt and pesto. Place it into the oven for 10 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
