Cranberry and Brie Stuffed Puff Parcels

- Ready made puff pastry 1 pce
- Cranberry jam 150 g
- French brie cheese 200 g
- Vegetable oil 2 tbs
Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
Roll out the puff pastry, and cut it into 5cm squares. Once cut take a muffin tray and oil out each hole. Place 2 squares into one cupcake whole.
Add one teaspoon of cranberry jam into each puff pastry basket.
Cut the brie into medium-sized chunks. Add the cheese on top of the cranberry jam. Place them into the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with fresh rosemary leaves.
