Homemade Pesto

- Extra virgin olive oil 70 ml
- Vegetable oil 70 ml
- Fresh basil 2 hfl
- Salt 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese 70 g
- Garlic 1 clv
Step 1
Place everything into a blender and blend it smooth. For a brighter green colour add a large handful of washed spinach to it.
