Hummus

- Cooked Chickpeas 300 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbs
- Juice of a Lemon 0.5 med
- Tahini 1 tbs
- Salt 1 pin
- Turmeric 0.5 tsp
- Cumin 0.5 tsp
- Cloves of Garlic 2 med
This is quite easy to prepare. You may use a tin of chickpeas, drain them or leave a bit of the liquid of the tin for a thinner consistency of the hummus.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. You may omit any of the seasonings that you do not like.
Serve with a little drizzle of olive oil on top.
