  • Egg noodles 250 oz
  • Peppers 1 sm
  • Mushroom 4 pce
  • Spring onions 1 hfl
  • Soy sauce 4 tbs
  • Sesame oil 2 tbs
  • Peas 30 g
  • Mixed sesame seeds 2 tbs
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • Bok Choi 1 pce
  • Turmeric 3 pin
Step 1

Chop all vegetables into bite sized pieces.

Step 2

Take a large saucepan and add in the add noodles along with some boiling and turmeric powder. Cook the noodles according to the packaging.

Step 3

Take a wok, add in the sesame oil along with all the veggies. Cook everything together for about 5-6 minutes or u til the veggies starting to soften.

Step 4

When the noodles are ready get rid of the excess water and set the noodles aside.

Step 5

Combine the veggies with the noodles make sure the noodles gets nicely covered in the juices of the veggies.

Step 6

Finish off with some toasted white and black sesame seeds!
